Can you please help me find the name of my tax preparer in 2017?

I think her name was Janice Parker but am not sure I need to ask her some questions.

TurboTax would have no way to know who prepared your tax 2017 tax return.

TurboTax is a software company that provides do-it-yourself tax preparation software.

If you used a paid tax preparer (not TurboTax) the preparer's name and information should be at the bottom of your Form 1040. If you mean you had some sort of customer support or used TurboTax Live for your 2017 return, you can contact customer support and they will have some notes from when you prepared your tax return. Many TT employees are seasonal, so it is unlikely that you can get hold of a specific person who helped you a couple of years ago.

What are you trying to do? Why do you think you need a specific person?
