"Annual income" can mean a lot of different things. Are you looking for your 2019 income or an earlier year? Do you need your total income or just your income from a job? Why are you looking for it, or who is asking you for it? Do you need it to apply for credit, or for the premium tax credit for health insurance, or to fill out the FAFSA or some other form? Or are you looking for your 2018 AGI in order to e-file your 2019 tax return?

On your 2019 tax return your total income is on Form 1040 line 7b and your Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) is on line 8b.

@Churchill611 "Annual gross income" is not an income tax term, and there is no official tax definition of it. You will not find it on your tax return. Different people or organizations could have different ideas about what is included or not included in it. You have to ask the drug company exactly how they define "annual gross income." Maybe there's an explanation somewhere in the information that they gave you. Or just put down whatever you think is appropriate.
