Instead I searched for foreign address, clicked on Jump to Foreign Address, then clicked on the Forms button to bring up the manual entry form. I then could click on YES and enter my name.

Doing other people's returns as unpaid preparer. I would like to put myself as a Third Party Designee (which I can override on TurboTax Deluxe Desktop). However, can I still e-file the fed and state returns? And how does this affect the "100% turbotax accuracy guarantee"?

Thanks

Yes, you can still e-file the tax return with the Third Party Designee on the Form 1040. And no it does not void the TurboTax 100% Accuracy Guarantee
