&lt;/P&gt;The requirement might him unable to be claimed as a Dependent by&lt;B&gt; you&lt;/B&gt; is&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;B&gt;They aren't (or won't be) claimed as a dependent by someone else.&lt;/B&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;IF Dad claims him, you cannot.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I hope this helps.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
