The review says we have amounts from Form 8621 and it therefore cannot efile.

We don't have ANY foreign income or investments.

It sounds like you are interested in deleting Form 8261 from your tax return. I recommend first going through Review and if you find you don't need the form use the steps below:

Here's the general procedure for viewing the forms list and deleting unwanted forms, schedules, and worksheets in TurboTax Online:

Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.
In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list and follow the instructions.
