Cancel my Turbotax Premier online order and getting the fee back

Hi,

I paid $225 for TurboTax online premier order already but I also bought TurboTax Premier windows and paid $25+ already for state tax filling.

But I extended my tax filing and I want to file it later through mail/TurboTax Premier windows.

So, I would like to cancel my TurboTax online premier order and get the $225 fee to be refunded back to me.

Please let me know what should I do.

To cancel the online fee paid, you will need to contact one of our billing representatives. You can contact us here: Contact TurboTax.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
