To file form 1065 and CA form 568 for an LLC, you need to use TurboTax Business which only available as a CD/Download on Windows computers (not compatible with Mac).

E-filing a tax return for tax years 2017, 2018 and 2019 is closed. Those tax years can only be printed and mailed using the TurboTax personal editions.

Go to this TurboTax website to purchase, download and install on a personal computer (Windows or Mac) one of the desktop editions for each tax year you require - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

For tax year 2020 you can e-file a federal and state tax return using the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions that can be purchased on this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/

Note - The state programs are normally available in mid-January for the current tax year
