One way is to go to your Forms View; Right-click on the Form; Delete.

If you are using TurboTax Online, try clicking on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Then click Tools. Then Delete a Form. Select Form 8857 to delete.

The instructions given by user jazz2024 will work if you are using a CD/downloaded version of TurboTax.
