File for the first time (not amend) TurboTax

Hello.

Can someone please help me out?

I purchased the 2018 Online TurboTax Deluxe last year.

When I come to do the taxes now, it thinks I am working on an amendment.

I have never submitted my 2018 income tax. The only thing I did was to request an extension until October.

I tried to download the software, but my downloads do not include a download for 2018 (since it was the online version); it does for other years.

I have been calling TurboTax since yesterday and can never get through.

My problem is that last year, I already paid for:

TURBOTAX ONLINE DELUXE TAX YEAR 2018 PREP $39.99 (total $42.63.

I do not want to pay again to get a download.

The TurboTax representatives just are not answering at [phone number removed].

Since you already paid for the 2018 online edition, only TurboTax support can push a 2018 desktop software installation file to your download account.
