      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello &lt;a href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2521995"&gt;@lindgrenhr&lt;/a&gt;!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recommend verifying that all of the associated information you are entering with the credit card is accurate as the card issuer has it on file, especially the billing address. You can also make sure that the CVV/CVC code is correct which is a three digit code on the back of your card (4 digits for Amex).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you continue to receive the error you can also try using a different debit/credit card if possible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope that helps!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Adrian E&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
