What are you really trying to import? You cannot import a 1099Misc, so you must be in the wrong part of the software? A brokerage would not issue a 1099Misc. Are you trying to import a 1099R or 1099B?

Seems like it might be for the purchase of a nonqualified stock option rather than a distribution from a retirement account. I can't help with that.
