      <description>&lt;P&gt;If they submit the taxes without your review then they are fraudulently attesting that you signed and reviewed the return. I would recommend they print out the taxes for your review before submission. You are entitled to a copy of the taxes that have your name and SSN.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can still file a tax return if so choose to.&amp;nbsp; Please see a &lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/taxes/discussion/yes-if-you-did-not-sign-the-return-or-consent-to-filing/01/506811" target="_blank"&gt;similar discussion&lt;/A&gt; which explains this option.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Although in your case, you may be able to e-file if she has not yet filed the joint return yet.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
