How do I file a k-1 form which is from a company in Bermuda?

I was about to e-file my taxes when I was blocked from doing so until I filled in the name of a state and zip code where the business on a K-1 is located. The problem is that the business is in Bermuda. I have filled in the address, but cannot comply with TT's need for state and zip code for e-filing.

Please advise..... I was hoping to submit taxes this evening.

Schedule K-1 is simply for your records (it does not get transmitted with your return).

Therefore, you can enter any address for the company, including your own address.

i Did and still ask for a zip code. It tells me that NJ state doesn't recognize the zip code

As Champ tagteam said, you can enter any address for the Schedule K-1 company. If your State doesn't accept the zip code, enter your own address instead of the address on the K-1.
