    <description>&lt;P&gt;As to the Federal ID, if your foreign issuer does not have the ID number, try entering nine 9s. If electronic errors occur due to 1099-R data entry, enter the pension under Miscellaneous income. As long as the pension is reported in income, it is not a problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I receive a pension from the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund.&amp;nbsp; Because it is an international organization it does not have a Payer ID for the 1099-R form.&amp;nbsp; Without a payer ID, I cannot efile.&amp;nbsp; Is there a dummy number that I can use or some other workaround so that I can efile?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
