Unable to import form 1099 from my fidelity brokerage account

I have been trying to import my 1099 tax forms from fidelity for past 8 weeks. Every time I try importing I get a message "The 1099 import service for Fidelity Investments is currently unavailable. Please try your import again on July 12th 2020 at 3:00 am PT. Please try again. The date changes everytime for a few days in the future. This has been going on for past at least 8 weeks. I have reached out to Fidelity technical support also and was multiple followups, it hasn't been fixed. On last followup I was told it will be fixed 5th July 2020. It has been very disappointing to not get this issue fixed.

You might have to enter the information yourself, without importing.

Why can't I import the data. It would be a painful process to enter the information manually. Fidelity supports import of data.
