If it's a joint account it is now yours because you took your husband's share when he passed. You need to get the SSN changed on the accounts.

I was widowed in 2018 and my filing status changed from qualified widow to single in 2019. Some of our joint accounts were not converted to my SSN until 2020. Therefore I have a 1099 INT or Dev for my deceased spouse. As these or joint accounts can I include them in my 2019 return or do I have to file a separate return for my spouse. If a separate return needs to be filed will Turbo Tax file? Is it return 1040, 1041, or another form.
