Try this since the error mentions cookies:

Close completely out of the browser then go back in.

Also, clear the cache/cookies in your browser as well. See below links for assistance on how to do this:

I closed out. I cleared out my cookies. This problem pops up on two other computers. It keeps p[rinting the original and not the corrected versions

I'm experiencing same issue. I am trying to print my tax forms which I recently Amended. Each time I download documents this error occurs. I have clear my cached and cookies in addition to trying it on 4 different computers on various of days. Please advise what to do believe it's an issue with TurboTax since multiple users are getting the same error?
