I put wrong Payer TIN number on 2019 Federal Tax information form. How do I edit this return?

It depends.

What form was it for?

If it was from some source of income, your input would be under the federal interview section under the Income & Expenses section.

You will select the applicable income category and will be able to select Edit to make any corrections. See the sample below to guide you in finding the applicable section.
