How do I recover my TurboTax Home and Business license number? Their update is requiring this, and I don't know where my disks are.

I've contacted TurboTax twice through online submission forms and once via the phone. My wait keeps getting longer, calls have not been returned, and I am not getting the help I need. How can I get and find support for a problem I didn't have until the new update?
