    <description>&lt;P&gt;after pressing "wrap up income" it goes into a loading screen that will eventually kick me out back into the log in screen. 2 differnt networks, 4 differnt devices, and all three forms of platforms have been used (online, app, and desktop program) idk what else to try and i don't want to pay just to talk to someone:( ive waited a couple hours in between trying as well.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the copy and pasted answer, but as stated before i have tried multiple devices and networks. Whatever issue i'm facing has to be on turbo taxes end. Its now been 4 hours since the issue began and I have no way of fixing this:/&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Here's something for the "Desktop" program on a Windows 8-or-10 computer that might work. Once installed, make sure you are actually using the desktop software..i.e. if you log in thru a browser...then it is NOT the desktop software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A)......TTX should only be installed on your computer's main system hard drive (not on an offcomputer network drive nor on a USB attached off computer drive) and must be Installed and run as an&amp;nbsp;&lt;I&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Administrator&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/I&gt;.....not in some guest account without administrator privileges.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;B)&amp;nbsp; But even if you did that part already,&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;there is also an internal setting that&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;EM&gt;sometimes&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;needs to be implemented also.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So...Save your tax file and Exit TurboTax....then:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;1)&amp;nbsp; right click TurboTax 2019 icon&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2)&amp;nbsp; Select&amp;nbsp; …&amp;nbsp;&lt;I&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Properties&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3)&amp;nbsp; Select the&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;I&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Compatibility&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&amp;nbsp;tab&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4) In the&amp;nbsp;"&lt;I&gt;Settings&lt;/I&gt;" box … check&amp;nbsp;the box to "&lt;I&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Run this program as an administrator&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/I&gt;"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5)&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Apply&lt;/EM&gt;...&lt;EM&gt;OK&lt;/EM&gt;...then restart the program and try again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;_________________&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also remember to update your software from the menu selection at the top of the page before proceeding.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;___________&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Something else to do is to perhaps reboot your computer right after the OK in step 5 above...sometimes a waiting, partially-installed Windows update will block proper operation of TTX desktop software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the tips, i didn't quite fix it but I found that if I skipped that step, finished everything else up, saved it, and went to the page i was trying to get to by the review page it seemed to bypass whatever glitch I was having issues.
