Enter 1095-a in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to 1095-a

Delete the form shown on the page

Or -

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.

Click on Tools.

Click on Delete a form

Delete the Form 1095-A and the Form 8962 (if shown)
