Regarding 1099 misc and schedule C

My daughter worked as a lifeguard last summer and received 1099 misc, with box 7, non employee compensation. I filled out all the steps in TurboTax but it’s asking me additional details on schedule c. What should be the business name and address? I used professional code 713900. Should we check “check this box if you use your own name as your business name”? And same with the home address? Thank you!

Yes, “check this box if you use your own name as your business name" and use your home address.

Overall, the IRS could care less what you name your business. They only care you pay taxes on any profits realized from the business.

Thank you! The fact is, there is no business name and my daughter is just filing taxes on her income from working as a lifeguard.. we’ll select to use her name and home address then, thank again!
