Final CPA review: error?

Hi.

I asked for a final CPA review of my return, I sent my questions as requested, then nothing happened.

Is this an error? Shall I get a message or anything? (I am new to TTax...)

We have someone looking into this. The programmers and marketers don't always tell the moderators on this forum what's going on. We know there is an email going out that offers some customers a mid-2020 review by a CPA, but we don't know about an in-program CPA review of a 2019 return. We've asked for an explanation.
