Is there a way to reorder the list of properties in the Rental and Royalty Summary other than deleting them all and reentering them?

No, there really is not any method available to accomplish reordering the list without deleting and re-entering.

When you enter your first rental property, the program automatically assigns it as property "A" on Schedule E and then proceeds to assign subsequent letters (e.g., B and C) to each property as each one is entered into the program (if there are more than three properties, then additional Schedule E forms are generated). The entries on those forms are not editable nor are they subject to overrides.
