In order to add the payment for your First Time Homebuyer Credit (loan) you received in 2008:

In the upper right hand corner search box, Type homebuyer credit then click the Jump to Homebuyer Credit link that appears in the search results.

On the next screen you will answer yes and enter the date your home was purchased. Continue to follow the remainder of the on-screen instructions.
