      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can still claim her as a dependent regardless of her income amount since she is&lt;B&gt; under 24 and a full time student. &lt;/B&gt;She still needs to file her own return since she made over $6,300.&lt;B&gt; On her return she needs to select that someone else can claim her as a dependent. &lt;/B&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;
