      <description>&lt;P&gt;Per IRS requirements, she is not required to file. &amp;nbsp;She will only get money back if her employer withheld any taxes from her pay. &amp;nbsp;If she received a Form W-2, check if there is any amount in box 2 or 17. &amp;nbsp;She might be able to re-claim a refund by filing a tax return.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
