Is it possible to import 1099 MISC or any of the 1099 formats from an Excel file or CSV format? I can't seem to fine any info on this. If not this would be a great feature add for all of us who process 1099 and/or W2's!

Not possible and I doubt it ever will be. The IRS does not have a uniform standard layout for a CSV or XLS file for 1099's of any type. At least, not at this time.

Are you asking about 1099 you receive or you issued? For people you paid you can just enter one total on schedule C line 11. Same for W2 for your employees. Just enter the totals.

Same for 1099Misc you received for self employment. You don't have to list each one. Only the total goes to schedule C. You can even enter the total under Cash or General income.
