When I typed in The RBC Capital Markets nae Turbo said this company is not allowing? Any one have some insight?

Do you get the following error?

'[ofx.unsupportedClientApplication] Client application or version is not supported by this server. [ref: 20150217040249.639]' when attempting to import 1099 from RBC

Then It has to do with special characters in the password (#$%@&*...) When you change the password to remove the special characters, the import works.
