Remove Climate Action Incentive from return

I have spoken with two different customer service agents and they have not solved this issue. Turbotax online keeps automatically applying the CAI to my 2019 return and I cannot remove it. I am not the one claiming the incentive this year as I am separated. I need to remove the CAI but do not know how. I have unclicked it in the provincial section. I have created a new return without porting info and neither strategy suggested to me has worked. How do I remove the climate action incentive from my return?
