The online link is your best option to track your refund. I have attached a link with more answers from the IRS as to why your refund may be taking longer to process.

Federal refund questions

There is a delay in processing the returns as the IRS is not processing paper returns at the moment due to Covid-19 and social distancing policies in effect.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

For a fee of $50 you can get a complete federal tax return from the IRS by completing Form 4506 - http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506.pdf

ISSUE YESTERDAY, AND AGAIN TODAY!!! PROGRAM WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO ENTER INFORMATION!!! THIS IISSUE NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED! I HAD ISSUES LAST YEAR WITH TURBO TAX. THOUGHT CORRECTIONS WERE ADDRESSED OR I DEFEINITELY WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED YOUR PROGRAM! I NEED SOMEONE TO CORRECT THIS ISSUE FOR ME!! I PAID FOR THIS PROGRAM, IT SHOULD WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ONCE AGAIN, I'M WAITING FOR A CALL BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!!
