Where do I put in Estimated Federal and State tax payments into turbotax?

It looks like my estimated tax payments are not being credited to my Federal and State tax due calculations for my 2016 return. I made Estimated tax payments in 2016, where and how do I enter those in turbotax?

To add estimated taxes paid (before filing):

1. Sign In or Open TurboTax

2. Select "Take me to my return" (Online)

3. Select "My Account" on top right of the screen (Online)

4. Click on "Tools" (Online)

5. Go to "Topics Search" (Online) or "Search Topics" in the top center of the screen (Desktop)

6. Type "estimated tax paid"(Online) or "Estimated Tax Payments" (Desktop) and press "enter" to add federal and state estimate tax payments.
