&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;
  &lt;SPAN&gt;If you are using &lt;B&gt;Turbo Tax Online&lt;/B&gt;, the
most likely reason for buttons that don't work or not being able to enter
information is that something in the web browser is not displaying the page
properly.&amp;nbsp; The easiest way around this is
to &lt;B&gt;simply use a different web browser&lt;/B&gt;.&amp;nbsp;
You can select from Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer or
Safari.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If you need to install another
browser, be sure to go to the trusted home site for the software for&amp;nbsp; security reasons.&lt;/SPAN&gt;
&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;
  &lt;SPAN&gt;If
you are using the &lt;B&gt;Turbo Tax Phone App&lt;/B&gt;, then try opening Turbo Tax in the
browser window on your phone.&amp;nbsp; It will
use the same login information but may display the page better. &lt;/SPAN&gt;

If you imported it directly from your employer, it might have been damaged in the transfer. Trying again, or typing in manually should solve the problem.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

On TurboTax desktop PC, Turbotax is not accepting input from keyboard when manually entering in a W2. Keyboard is working properly everywhere else in the application. I've tried deleting the W2 and starting again. I'm able to enter in the employer ID, but on the next step where you enter income, etc. I am unable to enter anything. I am using a tablet computer with a keyboard connected via bluetooth.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;same thing is happening for me with downloaded version. i can add the EIN, but not any other character or digits.&amp;nbsp; i deleted the W2 and recreated several times.&amp;nbsp; restarted computer twice.&amp;nbsp; after seeing others with same issue i expect this is a turbotax issue.&amp;nbsp; i may try to call but would like to hear if/how others got this fixed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;very annoying.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks everyone&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has any progress been made with this?&amp;nbsp; I downloaded the latest set of updates, restarted TurboTax and still can't type my information into my W-2 once I enter my employer's ID no.&amp;nbsp; So then, I exited out of TurboTax and reopened it while 'running as administrator' and still nothing.&amp;nbsp; Is this going to get fixed anytime soon so I can do my taxes?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;Is there any additional information you can provide that may be helpful? Have you tried installing on a different type of computer (desktop, laptop, tablet)? Are you able to enter information in all other areas of your return? Are you able to type in your browser?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;Your other option is to recreate your return in TurboTax Online, which is free to use until you e-file.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
