    <description>&lt;P&gt;something to try. no guarantee.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;uninstall.&amp;nbsp; reboot.&amp;nbsp; disable antivirus and firewall.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;reinstall using the option to run as administrator.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;enter the activation code.&amp;nbsp; (hopefully you have not used it 5 times because this can block the installation)&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;re-enable AV and firewall.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; If not you'll need to contact TT technical support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>TT 2019 crashes constantly after recent update Windows7</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just updated my turbotax 2019 and now it crashed during data entry randomly&lt;BR /&gt;at the user information screen. I skipped the area of the crash and started to enter my federal infomation&lt;BR /&gt;and it crashes again.. Ive uninstalled / reinstalled.. rebooted no luck&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Just keeps crashing , it was fine before the update&lt;/P&gt;</description>
