      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I attempt to transmit my returns I get a message that I have upgrades to be done so I cannot transmit. &amp;nbsp;It says "Validation Failed: &amp;nbsp;There is an update available for your program. &amp;nbsp;Before you an e-file you need to get this update. &amp;nbsp;To do this go to the Turbo Tax Menu and select Check for Updates." &amp;nbsp;I cannot find anywhere that says Check for Updates. &amp;nbsp; Where is this?'&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are using TurboTax CD/Download, on the top on the screen, click on &lt;STRONG&gt;Online&lt;/STRONG&gt;. A menu will open for you to click on &lt;STRONG&gt;Check for updates.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Let the agent know that you are having problems with a known issue and that you need for them to first push the federal download and then the state download.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What a terrible system to try to get in touch with a human. &amp;nbsp;All those TV ads are false advertising. &amp;nbsp;You spend15-20 minutes trying to navigate the automated system. &amp;nbsp;In the end they have to call you back. &amp;nbsp;Preparing your taxes is stressful enough, you finally get through it and your return will not transmit and you are stuck in this endless loop. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
