Military Addresses for current mailing address are not allowed. Why not!??!

The option to select APO address states (AA, AE, AP) are not available. My zipcode falls within AE & I can NOT submit my tax return until I'm able to properly input my address (which also defaults to my business address).

This needs to be fixed immediately!

Go back to Personal Info and edit the Mailing Address.

Under Type of mailing address in the dropdown choose Military (APO, FPO, or DPO)

Under APO/FPO/DPO in the dropdown choose APO

Under State code in the dropdown choose your location.

Why is this option not available in Quickbooks online???

There is no personal info section in QuickBooks Online. Under Accounts and Settings > Company there is a company address and customer facing address. Neither have a type of address or any military option. The state drop-down does not include APO options.

I assume you are looking at the QuickBooks desktop version not QBO?
