That shouldn't take a long time.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>If that doesn't help, look for the phone number that takes you to a Help Center. Sorry, I don't remember where it is to quickly direct you and it may take you to a different page.&nbsp;</P><P>I've had to wait lengths of time for a call back before, too, but it's because they're busy helping others.
