Form 1041 Box 14 - 4 codes

I have 4 codes to enter on Box 14 in Form 1041. Turbotax Deluxe is limited to 3 codes. How/where do I enter the fourth code?

The online version of TurboTax Deluxe does not even support K-1 entry.

If you are using a desktop version you should be able to enter more than three lines in Step-by-Step Mode (for Premier and higher) and four lines in Forms Mode.
