The TurboTax online editions do not use license codes. Only the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions require a license code.

I have used TurboTax since they started. I am sick because they are requiring me to add a second license code for the 2020 and I actually had time to sit down and get my taxes started, but I cannot... I cannot remember where to go and I keep getting directed to the online product - and I want what I purchased on autopay in November 2020. Not a happy camper right now. Good luck. The code is where you downloaded the program.
