I just did my taxes on here. I have to know what form was used. I was supposed to use the simple form and not the 1040. It’s very important. Can you tell me what form was used? If it’s the wrong one can we chose the right one?

All tax returns are on the same 1040 now. Last year the forms were changed and everyone files a 1040 now. Even if you have a simple return. Do you want to know if you used the Free Edition or a paid version?

To get the stimulus check you can’t file the 1940 only the simple for for no income. I think it’s like form 4059. Can we amend the form to file the simple form that should have been filled out?

I needed the simple form to be filled out instead of the 1040 form. Can we amend that? I can’t get the stimulus money without the correct form filled out. I need the simple form sent in. Can you send this additional form?

Only you can file or amend your return. What do you need? What was wrong with your return? Everyone files a 1040 Now. There is no more 1040A or 1040EZ forms.
