Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition. If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there. Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.

I paid and uploaded a cd 2019. Last year the cd upload failed at the very end prior to filing. I was forced to file an extention and the live person had to take over my computer to try to rectify the problem. Please let me have the correct phone number ....
