Amended Return as not claimable as dependent- Will I receive a Stimulus check?

I mistakingly included in my 2019 taxes that I was eligible to be claimed as a dependent when they cannot. No one is claiming me as a dependent yet I included that on my 2019 return. I amended my return as of today, does that mean I am now eligible to receive a stimulus check? If so, does that mean I will not receive it for 16 weeks??

If you do not meet the requirements to be claimed as a dependent, Yes, you qualify to receive a Stimulus Payment.

We have no way of knowing how long it will take the IRS to process your amended return and then send the payment.

Currently, the IRS processing times are longer than normal.
