did you go to the IRS website to track your refund? click on refunds at top.

if the iRS has no record, you never completed your filing

but you can call 800-829-1040

First choose your language.

Then 2

Then 1

Then 3

Then 2

You should then be transferred to an agent, but there is likely to be a long wait.

You may not be able to reach the IRS call centers due to the Coronavirus situation.

The IRS says on their website:

"To protect the public and employees, and in compliance with orders of local health authorities around the country, certain IRS services such as live assistance on telephones, processing paper tax returns and responding to correspondence are extremely limited or suspended until further notice."
