I input all requested information correctly, submitted and my stimulus registration was rejected with instructions to mail a printed copy. Why is this? Multiple "tax experts" are citing issues with TT and are giving different information such as to re-file, create a new account or just reiterating what I already know. With all due respect, can someone please answer my question? This process is already frustrating without "tax experts" adding to the confusion with answers that seem to dodge the actual question</P>

<P>For the past couple days we have been being told that there is a known issue and we should retry because it should be fixed "soon". However whenever we ask for the steps on how to resubmit we just get a link to the what you should know section. Once it rejects the registration we are only seeing a print option, no option to review or resubmit. Are we to just blindly create new accounts to retry the registration or will we be given steps or possibly even be informed when the issue is fixed?</P>

It first rejected the 2018 AGI for my mother in law for not matching, though it did accept it for my father in law from their jointly filed taxes.&nbsp; How could his be right and hers wrong when it's the same number from the same form? I've already filed my 2019 taxes, but didn't supply my direct deposit information, and told to do so before April 15th. But it keeps rejecting my form since I already filed, it says to mail the form, which that won't arrive in time for me to receive a direct deposit.&nbsp; IRS says a portal is coming soon, but not there yet. IRS says use Turbo tax, which still rejects my form. Tried multiple times using the advice to logout and reopen again.&nbsp;&nbsp;</P>

<P>I have been trying to file under the non filers for the stimulus payment. I did not have to file 2018 as made under minimum amount and 2019 I did not work. I had a child in July of 2018. When I went through the non filers return it has got rejected 3x now. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.&nbsp;</P>

Cayton and have had since he was born on 3-19-04; Cameron has a very critical heart disease, Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome which means he was born without the left side of his heart and has had 3 open heart surgeries already and all by the age of 2 yrs old. He is also on disability and has been since birth. I filled out the stimulus registration for him and I on Turbo Tax Intuit for us both, so i could get our payment by direct deposit (i provided my routing and checking account numbers) and it was rejected. Could you please explain to me why it was and what I need to do in order to receive our payment.&nbsp;</P><P>Thank you in advance...</P><P>Sincerely, Mary Lou Spencer&nbsp;</P><P>P.S. I've also heard that if we are on SSI and/or SSDI, that our check will be automatically deposited into our account just like our checks are deposited each month. Since it appears they answer from an autobot type service... to anyone here who hasnt gotten a check like myself....Unfortunately anyone who used turbo tax and deducted filing fees from their refund instead of paying by credit card we get a paper check.. even if our returns were direct deposit the IRS wont see our bank account. Bank accounts are on file with Santa Barbara bank who deducted the filing fees from our returns then deposited the refunds. Same goes for those who took a refund Advanced loan.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Now I provided my info to the IRS when I did not get my stimulus deposit. I was told it would be deposited amd a date will be given. However 4 days later it now says I'm getting a check on the 24th. It appears that even when you update your information it's still not working if we have this turbotax card. My kids father got his on a paypal card no problem but those of us with a turbotax card seem to be having issues. I'd like to know why I am getting a check and it's now too late to fix.</P>

Or in other words it appears to me that those of us who received a refund in 2019 on a turbo tax visa card did not get our stimulus money on the card. I'm pending social security. I filed out the proper form and entered my savings account information so I can get my stimulus check direct deposit. Not only did your free portal reject it so did the IRS one. I'm curious if it's because my identity was stolen a few years ago and bc I wasn't sent a code and just made one up is that why it was rejected?? I need my stimulus check asap I'm behind 2 months on bills that federal assistance and my moms ashes etc she passed away April 1st. These things aren't paid for by the little federal assistance I get. Churches won't help non members at all s<SPAN>adly.&nbsp; I don't want to mess out on getting my check. Help!!</SPAN></P>
