You can import your 1099-B (investment sales) from a broker that participates in the TurboTax Partner program. Unfortunately, Betterment is not one of our partners (unless there is another name they use). For a list of participants click on this link: TurboTax Partner program

Betterment is on the list of partners. Why does Turbotax not allow the documents to import?

It not that it is disallowed.

The import is failing.

I believe Betterment is new on the list this year.

They should have ironed out any problems by now.
