i need to update my banking information in order to receive my stimulus check. i did not work all of 2019 so my 2018 return will be used. How do i update this info.?

In the coming weeks, Treasury plans to develop a web-based portal for individuals to provide their banking information to the IRS online, so that individuals can receive payments immediately as opposed to checks in the mail.
