Are you claimed as anyone else's dependent? Was tax withheld from your pay? What is your filing status?

Are you Single? The Standard Deduction for Single is 12,200. So you owe tax on anything over 12,200. The tax on 4,800 of Taxable Income is $483. But you might also get the EIC which will reduce the tax.
