Form 4562 not available

Hi, I'm doing my tax for 2019, and need form 4562 for depreciation. The software says it should be ready at 1/21/2020, but it's 4/4/2020, and I still couldn't update. I'm using Home & Biz.

I looked at other posts and downloaded a "w_perrelsuperpatch_ttax_2019.231.0101" to install, however no matter how I try it tells me I didn't install turbotax 2019. Anyone has similar issue? and how did you solve this problem?

This form is available for you to use.

If you are using the TurboTax CD/Download software program, open the program, from the top, under Online, select Check for Updates.

still says this form is not ready and no updates available
