    <description>&lt;P&gt;This guidance from ThinkQuik worked after everything else I read didn't. After making the properties changes the updates downloaded and installed without further issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks ThinkQuik!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#2d3338"&gt;If you are using TurboTax online edition, I&amp;nbsp;would suggest you clear cache and cookies on your web browser.&amp;nbsp; Here are the steps:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;Check your internet connection.&amp;nbsp; Try to log out and sign&amp;nbsp;back in the program.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#2d3338"&gt;Clear your cache and sign back into the program.&amp;nbsp; To clear cache, click here:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/troubleshooting/help/how-to-clear-your-cache/00/26135" target="_blank"&gt;Cache&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is what worked for me today:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try running the TurboTax software in "Compatability Mode" with Windows 8 and run as "Administrator."&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Sign out of TurboTax&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Right-click on the TurboTax software and go to "Properties" then select "Compatability."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Check the box that says, "Run in Compatability mode for Win 8" even if you are running Windows 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; Check the box that says "Run as Administrator."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5.&amp;nbsp; Click on Apply then "Ok."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6.&amp;nbsp; Re-Lunch TurboTax and the software will begin the updates.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Two weeks now and not an answer that works.&amp;nbsp; I will think twice next tax season.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want a call number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premier downloaded. &amp;nbsp; Worked fine.&amp;nbsp; I completed tax and unable to get latest update.&amp;nbsp; It just does not download.&amp;nbsp; Rebooted many times.&amp;nbsp; Tried many times. Need an answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
