Federal wage wrong

TurboTax is saying my employer has withheld too much Railroad Retirement Tier 1 tax from my paychecks in 2019 and that I need a corrected W-2 from my employer. I just called my payroll department and was told TurboTax is using the wrong number amount for Tier 1 0. They even did the numbers and it comes out right. They will also not issue a corrected W-2 Form. I have used TurboTax for over 5 years and I have never had this problem. How can this be corrected so i can file my taxes??

Are you trying to file a tax information from tax year 2010 using 2019 TurboTax? Your post references paychecks from 2010.
